What up y'all? I'm back with part 2 from the Aug 27th Severed Ties truck show at Cucamonga-Guasti park. If you haven't noticed by now the truck scene is all about extremes. Extremely low, extreme paint jobs, extreme interior modifications, flat out extreme customizations. Here it's not about slapping mass produced cookie cutter parts. It's all about individual customizations, finding or fabricating parts to suit your vehicle and taste. I will be the fist to admit that some of the paint jobs are just too extreme. I prefer simple solid colors but to each his own.
This was or is my favorite Mini from the show. Arizona's Keith Haymore and his 2006 GMC Canyon. What I really liked about this truck was the simplistic approach to the build. All the parts were well fit and suited for this build. The list of customizations on this truck is too long to list. Have a look for yourself.

Painting this truck must have been a nightmare. Talk about labor intensive.

Going donk yo! Ya they're 30's but he keeps them clean though.

Old school Toyota Hilux.
Check out the Bamboo interior.
Sick old school Datsun Mini wearing classic Porsche alloys.
Side draft carbs look awesome.
Toyota Tundra with Air brushed roof line and matching wheels.

I think it's a stretched Chevy S10.

Must be sketchy riding on the freeway with clear floorboards.
Super clean Nissan hard body.
Part 3 coming soon. Please check back again. Thanks for stopping by.
